This traditional dry Szamorodni is made from botrytized bunches of grapes that are crushed and then fermented for a lengthy period, allowing a floor to develop within the barrel to protect the wine during its extensive fermentation process. The resulting wine is dry and oxidative, with a bouquet of green nuts, almonds, tea leaves, hints of yeast with abundant botrytis. 80% Furmint, 20% Hárslevelű.
