The grapes for Tonel 10 are some of the oldest vines grown on the estate at 50 years old, and are grown on limestone soil. The grapes are crushed by foot and then allowed to spontaneously ferment in lagar for 6-7 days. Then matured in large oak casks (tonel) between 10-12 months. Unfiltered.
