"To find the great Bordeaux blends in the world, look to the rivers. The cooler 2019 vintage allowed us the opportunity to use all of the traditional Bordeaux grapes grown in our vineyard. Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. We fermented and aged the wine in our exclusive Tonnellerie Quintessence wooden eggs. This wine reminds us of the great Bordeaux’s of the 1980’s with finished alcohol of 12.22% no less! The wine is a gorgeous dark garnet color with layers and layers of smoked paprika, river stone, dust, blackberries, and roses. Unfined (vegan). Unfiltered. Low Sulfur." - Golden Cluster
