Notes: Grapes come from a blend of three parcels, the oldest of which was planted 70 years ago. The vineyards sit on clay and chalky soils. Hand harvested, fermented with indigenous yeast, made in concrete tanks fed by gravity, 50% whole-cluster. Dry, medium-bodied, juicy fruit, herbaceous.
