THC Beverages FAQs
What is d9 THC?
D9 is the more common form of THC that everyone is most familiar with. This is identical to what’s in dispensary cannabis, it’s just taxed differently.
Is this legal?
Yes!
Why is this legal?
In 2018 Congress passed the 2018 Farm Bill, which removed hemp as a federally controlled substance. It also says that any hemp and hemp-derived products that contain less than 0.3% THC by dry weight are considered federally legal in the United States. By this definition, all of the THC products that we carry are federally compliant under the standards set by the 2018 Farm Bill.
Does it get you high?
Sure does.
Will it show up on a drug test?
Yes, drug tests are designed to detect THC in your system. THC can stay in your system for several weeks.
What is a dose / serving size?
2.5 - 3MG is roughly equivalent to one alcohol drink. Many of these beverages come in 2.5 - 3MG servings, though some are as high as 10MG or more. Everyone’s tolerance is different, so we recommend starting slowly with a small amount and adjusting your consumption accordingly. Effects can typically be felt in 5 - 20 minutes of consumption. Be careful when enjoying.
How should you drink this?
Enjoy straight from the can, in a glass, or poured over ice. Or get creative and turn them into your favorite cannabis cocktail (without alcohol of course).
Can anyone drink cannabis infused beverages?
THC-infused beverages are ideal for people looking for a hangover free adult beverage. They are not safe for everyone. There may be health risks associated with consumption of these products.
