Vineyard: The estate's vineyards are located in Barge, in the hamlet Assarti.
Vinification: Harvest is carried out by hand with the grapes placed in small 20 kilo boxes. Steel fermentation at low temperature (17°), at the end of which the wine is aged for 6 months in steel tanks.
Tasting Notes: The wine is delicately floral with notes reminiscent of honey, acacia flowers, bananas, and citrus. Full bodied with good acidity, nice persistence and a slight mineral aftertaste.
