Silvia and Giuseppe have been biodynamic viticulture adherents in Morro d'Alba, northwest of Ancona, since 2004. The Adriatic Sea is only 10km away and can be seen from the winery's hilltop view. Their winery is the only certified organic winery and vineyard in Morro d'Alba. All vineyard work is carried out manually and there are no additives made to the wines other than the smallest necessary amount of SO2 to stabilize the wine for overseas travel.
Vineyard: Planted in 2015 at 150m asl on clay-limestone soils benefiting from southeast exposure
Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation and spending 6 months on its lees before being bottled. The wine is released after spending 3 to 6 months in bottle.
