Lori Haon is a rising star in the Gard, the hilly vineyards west of the Rhone and north of the Point du Gard. He took over the estate just 5 years ago, and has quickly made his mark in clean vine growing (organic with biodynamic principles) and elevated winemaking, exploring new possibilities with his excellent raw materials, namely the slew of classic grape varieties of the Rhone Valley.
