This viura hails from 650 meters high in the mountains of Toloño, in a vineyard co-planted with tempranillo. It is made in tank, with 10% going into used French wood and bottled without going through malolactic to balance Viura's natural, more giving, texture. Just when we thought we'd tasted all that viura has to offer, this wine comes along with a completely new and brilliant perspective.
