This is 100% raw wildflower honey harvested in June 2024 from honey beehives in West Roxbury, Massachusetts by beekeeper Tyler Jenkins. It was not subjected to heat or filtration, apart from running through a sieve to remove large pieces of beeswax. All unadulterated honey naturally crystallizes/solidifies with time. It is normal for this to happen, and completely safe to eat. If you wish to return your crystallized honey to a liquid state, simply place the jar in a pot of hot (not boiling) water. As with all honey, do not feed to babies under 1 year of age.
