COVID-19 Ordering Procedures

Thank you for your patience as we pivot temporarily to delivery-only service. In-store sales, curbside pickup, and FedEx Shipping are all temporarily suspended.


We will continue to offer FREE LOCAL DELIVERY on all orders over $30 placed online, by email, or over the phone. Our local range includes all of Jamaica Plain, Fort Hill in Roxbury, Roslindale, West Roxbury, and Brookline. It does not include Allston, Brighton, or Dorchester.

You can place an order anytime here at the online shop. The majority of our wine and beer selections are now listed for purchase. We are unable to honor our typical in-store mixed case discounts at this time, though if you're looking for a whole case a particular wine, give us a call.

Our new hours of operation for phone and email orders will be Tuesday through Saturday, 11 - 5 pm. If you place your order before 3 pm, we will do our best to get you your order by 7 pm the same day. If you know you will need something on a particular day, please order two days in advance. Orders placed after the 3 pm cutoff on Saturday or anytime on Sunday or Monday will most likely be delivered Tuesday.

Our delivery team is on the road Tuesday through Saturday, 11 am - 7 pm. We are unable to provide a precise window for delivery, as we just don't have the logistical sophistication to do so (read: we're a really small business). 

Our delivery drivers have been warned against taking cash tips for everyone's safety. A tip is not necessary, though we won't stop you if you want to ask the driver directly for his Venmo account. Alternatively, consider making a small donation to Off Their Plate in support of our heroic and tireless healthcare workforce.

An adult is required to receive the delivery, though our drivers will not make any physical contact, and will leave the package on the ground for you to bring into your house.
