Michet, Lampia and Rosé clones. A newer appellation that specifies fruit only from the village of Barolo. This comes primarily from Preda and Coste di Rose, along with vines from the lower slopes of Bussia and Castellero. Long maceration with native yeast in open topped wooden "tino" and aged in neutral Slavonian oak barrel. Bottled without fining or filtration.
