The 2023er Niedermenniger Herrenberg Weissburgunder Trocken comes from 30-year-old vines in the south-facing part of the vineyard situated just below the Estate’s cellar. It offers a superbly backward nose made of citrusy fruits, mint, white flowers, and herbs. The wine is nicely playful on the palate and leaves a fresh and subtly tart feel in the long finish. This is nicely made in a light and racy style. 2025-2028
