Bean Bake

2024 was the year we discovered "pizza" beans. White beans with tomato sauce and loads of cheese baked in a scorching hot oven for 10 minutes is exactly what we always want to eat in the middle of the week. We think adding hearty farro tubetti just gives it that extra. For this bundle, we've included everything you need other than olive oil, garlic, and cheese (mozzarella or fontina or whatever else melts your heart). Fry garlic in olive oil (and butter if you're that bitch), add the passata and let it do its thing for 10 minutes; combine with cooked beans and slightly pre- al dente tubettin in a large casserole dish; bury it in cheese; and bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
