Maine Beer Co Lunch

Allied Whale, the marine mammal lab at College of the Atlantic, is leading the way in field research. Home to the world’s largest library of photo-identified whales, scientists use this research to follow them by comparing patterns, fin shapes, and identifying marks. Lunch is a finback whale that was first spotted by their team along the Maine coast in 1982. She has what looks like a bite taken out of her fin. Aromas of caramel, orange, papaya, grapefruit, and underlying floral notes, with hints of onion and garlic.
