2023 Birichino Malvasia Bianca

Santa Cruz winemakers Alex & John make this crisp, dry, jasmine and lime-scented white from an obscure Italian variety planted 25 years ago on rock-strewn shale soils at the foot of the Santa Lucias on the western edge of the Salinas valley.
