2001 Taken from Granite "Swan Song" North Yuba Cabernet Sauvignon

Taken From Granite wines were produced by Gideon Beinstock of Clos Saron during his time at Renaissance. The Cabernet vines for the 'Swan Song' bottling were originally planted in the late 1970's on their own rootstock, over extremely rocky granitic soils. 2001 was an extraordinary vintage at Renaissance Vineyard, producing a singular California Cabernet with plenty of life ahead at 22+ years of age.
