2015 Clos Saron "The One"

The grapes from this wine came from the upper section of Renaissances ‘Slope 1,’ a tiny (less than 1 acre) site which is considered their best quality cabernet sauvignon, for its southwest facing shoulder at 1900+ feet elevation, with soil of decomposed volcanic rock. This is the first release of this cuvée, which Gideon believes will age for 4+ decades in a proper cellar. 90 cases produced.
