2019 Danjou-Banessy "Les Mirandes"

Vine Age: Planted in early 2000s

Terroir: From the lieu-dit "Sote-Mirandes" in Espira de l'Agly, volcanic, basaltic soils.

Viticulture: Organic (certified), biodynamic methods, yields around 20 hl/ha.

Vinification: 100% whole clusters (crushed), ambient yeast fermentation, infusion, aged for 24-36 months in used barrels, no fining or filtration, bottled by gravity in accordance with the phase of the moon.
