2021 Brumec "Ottokar" Orange Wine

'Ottokar’ is an otherworldly macerated blend of the French grapes that now call the hills of Štajerska their home --- made with Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc and Traminer. The wine explodes with vibrant aromas of apricot marmalade and tangerine and notes of hay and pine. Salty texture and chewy palate, this wine is fresh yet expressive, with lively acidity, depth, and a long pleasantly bitter finish. This wine has been known to invoke revelations!
