2022 Pi Saperavi

Teona Omarashvili brings a law degree (from Emory University, in the other Georgia) and an endless scientific curiosity to her young wine project, which she currently operates out of her in-laws' garage, just outside of Tbilisi. Hers is a modern, ambitious approach to qvevri winemaking, aiming for a pure expression of the vintage.
