Centopassi is the wine-growing soul of Libera Terra cooperatives that cultivate typical Sicilian varieties on confiscated mafia land. The name of the project takes inspiration from the story of Peppino Impastato, a young Sicilian murdered by the mafia for his unceasing communication activity against the criminal organization.
