2024 Populis "Reversée" Mendocino County

This wine is a bit of a magic trick. It is essentially a celebration of early pressing, tank bleeding and other rose adjacent techniques to produce a wine that carries much more definition than traditional rose while remaining light enough to blossom with a thorough chill for a relaxed patio session! The 2024 is a blend of 60% Carignane, 20% Zinfandel, 10% Grenache, & 10% French Colombard.
