The 2025er Krettnacher Euchariusberg Riesling Spätlese Klaus (the reference to this internal cask name is provided in small print on the label after the AP number) is a sweet wine made from fruit harvested on 60-year-old vines in the prime Gross Schock sector of the vineyard. The wine offers a stunning nose of lime and grapefruit sorbet, chamomile, ginger, and fine herbal elements. It is superbly animating and playful on the palate, where the subtly citrus fruit is beautifully wrapped in a kick of zest and mouthwatering sweetness. The aftertaste is zesty and fruity. 2035-2065
