The 2025er Niedermenniger Herrenberg Weissburgunder Trocken comes from 30-year-old vines in the south-facing part of the vineyard situated just below the Estate’s cellar. It offers a rather shy nose of pear, bergamot, Provence herbs, and fine spices. The wine is a bit sharp at this early stage on the palate but already offers nice elements of flintstone in the finish. The aftertaste is packed with flavors. 2028-2033
