The 2025er Ockfener Bockstein Riesling Kabinett Schorsch (the reference to this internal cask name is provided in small print on the label after the AP number) is a barely fruity-styled wine made from fruit harvested on vines planted in the 1990s. The wine offers a beautiful nose made of chalk, pear, citrus, herbs, and smoke. It is nicely animating and juicy on the almost off-dry tasting palate and leaves a great feel of minerals in the long finish. 2035-2055
