2025 Pielihueso Rosado "Primero"

Rosé wine made through the direct press method (technically kind of a blanc de noir), in order to extract the texture and expression of petit verdot and leave behind its astringency and color. It fermented in a stainless steel tank and later aged in a concrete egg and ceramic amphorae to expand the wine's texture. No S02 was added and the wine is not filtered.
