Francesco Lombardo carries on the tradition started by his father , with mixed vibrant red and yellow grilled Italian sweet peppers, marinated in sunflower oil , white wine vinegar, salt and spices.

Serving suggestions: Delicious in sandwiches, with arugula, cold meats, and balsamic glaze. Topping for Tapas, in pasta dishes, grilled chicken or salads. Slice thinly and toss with linguine egg pasta, and red pepper & egg plant pesto.
