Birds & Bees, our 6% ABV saison-style ale, is crafted with wildflower honey and dry-hopped with Motueka. Birds & Beers is inspired by, and pays homage to, one of my favorite saisons from my brewing past. It delivers the bright, classic aromatics of a Belgian saison, enhanced with hints of wildflower honey and citrus from the Motueka hops. Expect a highly effervescent beer featuring gentle, soft bubbles and a smooth mouthfeel. Despite its dryness, it’s remarkably easy to drink. While we currently can’t produce mixed fermentation beers—a style near and dear to our hearts—we’re grateful to offer this “clean” version of a style that has significantly influenced my journey as a brewer.
