Hofgut Falkenstein Pet Nat

The Non-Vintage Pet Nat with Los Nr. 23-25 comes from Weissburgunder harvested in 2024 in the Niedermenniger Herrenberg and was fermented in cask before completing its fermentation in bottle and being released without disgorgement. It offers a beautifully aromatic and refined nose of light brioche, fine spices, greengage, white almond, flowers, and lime. The bubbles are already well integrated on the palate and the wine proves light yet intense, zesty, and even taut in the long and pure finish. 2026-2029
