The Real Philly Schmear is an incredibly versatile fresh spreadable cheese with the texture of lightly-whipped cream cheese, and a creamy, old-world buttermilk tang, reminiscent of Fromage Blanc.

Made with just cultured milk, rennet, and salt, it has half the fat and twice the protein and calcium of cream cheese. It's never waxy or pasty, and the slow culturing truly highlights the qualities of our beautiful grass-fed milk.
