This expression utilizes a base of 15 year old, non-chill filtered bourbon and comes in at cask strength between 115 and 120 proof depending on the batch. Very Olde St. Nick Ancient Cask Immaculata is a rich, warm and lush flavorbomb. Complete with exquisite notes of cinnamon, allspice and pitted fruits, this bourbon is rounded out with a finish that lingers on and on.
