Clos Cibonne has been in the Roux family since 1797, when the estate was purchased from the captain of the royal marines of Louis XVI. André Roux brought new life to the estate following WWI; and his fixation on the local tibouren grape variety has been the mark of the house ever since. This anomalous rosé spends a year "sous voile" before release, lending a subtle almond note and extraordinary texture to the wine.
