1 Checkout
1.1 My payment seems unsuccessful but I still got an order confirmation. What should I do?

There is no need to contact us. We will call you as soon as we can to collect your credit card information. If one or more "pending" charges appear on your credit card activity, they will likely disappear within a day or two. If after a day or two the charges remain, contact us and we will do whatever we can to rectify the situation.

2 Delivery
2.1 When will my delivery arrive?

We deliver orders in the order they arrive between the hours of 11 am and 7 pm, Tuesday through Saturday. If you submit an order before 3 pm, it is likely that you will receive your order the same day. After the cutoff, expect your order to arrive early in our delivery window the following day.

2.2 Do I need to be present to receive my delivery?

By law, an adult 21+ years old must be present to receive a delivery of alcohol. If you or another adult is not present when we arrive, we will attempt a second delivery later that day or the following day. If a second attempt is unsuccessful, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

2.3 How can I tip my driver?

In lieu of driver tips during this public health crisis, we ask that you consider making a small donation to Off Their Plate, a non-profit organization that benefits healthcare workers, or the Greater Boston Food Bank. You can also ask your driver directly for their Venmo account. We have discouraged our drivers from accepting cash tips at this time.
