We want to do everything possible to ensure a satisfactory experience for our customers.
We accept returns on any wine that we sell that has a clear defect. In order to process the return, we require the bottle in question, with remaining wine, if possible. All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase; either your receipt or our internal record on your account. The refund will be processed to store credit or to the original form of payment.
We will not accept returns of any wine that was purchased more than 1 year prior. We cannot accept wines that have been damaged by temperature or storage issues outside our building.
