This is Sandra's first attempt at a rosé, which is unbelievable, given the results. It's a blend of 60% tempranillo and 40% garnacha from a high altitude (700m) vineyard in Álava. The grapes are 100% de-stemmed then partially macerated on the skins, the rest is directly pressed. Fermented in neutral French oak barrels and aged on the lees for a few months. 250 cases produced. It's that rare rosé that can double as a perfect summer refresher or a serious culinary experience.
