Notes: Bright and creamy aromas of stone fruit, quince, candy lemon peel, slate, white flowers. Fresh, balanced, complex. Old vines planted in 1962 on the southern slope of a hill on the Danube River with sandy-stony soils 6 millions years old. Spontaneous fermentation. Resting in used Bulgarian oak for 3 months. Unfiltered, unfined, no sulfites added.
