Made from pressed black currants and New York State honey, St. Crimson is wild-fermented for a full year in oak barrels. Delightfully drinkable, this tart and juicy bone-dry mead can be enjoyed alone, or as the base of a Negroni or spritz cocktail.
Each slender glass bottle is silkscreened in-house and sealed with a rubber cork. Produced in a limited edition of 100 cases.
