Syrah (50%), Grenache (50%) from Renaissance Vineyard in North Yuba. The fruit was harvested over a two week period and hand destemmed. After a two week maceration, the wine is pressed and matured in neutral oak for 14 months. Bottled with no so2 additions. Beautifully textured and aromatic, the 2020 Cotillion can be enjoyed in it's youth and will continue to evolve in bottle.
