Notes: Spicy and floral on the nose with notes of ginger, jasmine, grapefruit, orange peel and acacia. On the palate this orange wine is rich with texture, silky tannins and acidity. Dry farmed in red and black clay, limestone and slate with eastern exposure. 7 days maceration. Hand punched several times per day. Aged on the fine lees in oak barrels for 28 months. Unfiltered, unfined and no sulfur added.
