Ordering Procedures

Welcome back!

We are pleased to announce that we are now open for in-store sales. Though it is no longer a state regulation, we will require that our staff and all customers entering the shop wear a mask. If you don't have a mask, one will be provided for you. We recognize this may cause some consternation, though we hope the inconvenience will be mild, and that it's a fair price to pay for shopping in person.

Our hours of operation for the rest of the summer will be abbreviated slightly, though we imagine a return to our full pre-pandemic schedule before too long. Stay tuned for updates.

Tuesday - Saturday: 11 am - 7 pm
Sunday: noon - 6
Monday: closed

We continue to offer curbside pickup and delivery:

 

ORDER

• Online orders can be placed at any time. Our entire inventory is now online, with new items added each week.
• We are available by phone to take orders or provide web site assistance: 617.522.6416
• Mixed case discounts are available on 12 or more bottles, cans, or boxes of wine. The discount is automatically applied at checkout.

 

PICKUP

• Orders placed online or over the phone can be picked up any time we're open. 
• We will assume you are willing and able to come inside the store to collect your order. If you'd rather not enter the store or would like assistance carrying your order to your car, just let us know.

 

DELIVERY

• An adult (21+) must be present to receive the delivery.
• Free delivery is available within Jamaica Plain on all orders over $50.
• Free delivery is available to Roxbury, Brookline, Roslindale, and West Roxbury on all orders over $100.
• For orders under the minimum, a delivery fee of $7.99 will apply.
• Delivery is available five days a week -- Tuesday through Saturday. 
• Orders placed before 3 pm will be delivered the same day, barring unforeseen circumstances.
• We are unable to provide a precise window for delivery, as we just don't have the logistical sophistication to do so (read: we're a really small business).
• If you know you aren’t going to be around for some part of your anticipated delivery day, please let us know.
• Delivery is always contact-free: we will leave your order on the ground for you to bring into your house.
